Cunard has confirmed that its Culinary Residencies with Michel Roux will be back in 2027 and 2028.
The restaurateur and two Michelin-starred chef will host five exclusive sailings onboard the Queen Anne from May 2027 to June 2028.
As Le Gavroche’s doors on land are closed, the ship will be the only place in the world where guests can savor the restaurant’s cuisine, the cruise line said in a press release.
“The response to Le Gavroche at Sea has been extraordinary since its launch, and we’re delighted to continue our partnership with Michel in 2027 and 2028. Michel’s passion for exceptional cuisine and craftsmanship aligns perfectly with Cunard’s commitment to creating unforgettable experiences at sea,” said Paul Ludlow, president of Cunard.
“These residencies bring together outstanding dining, inspiring enrichment and some of Northern Europe’s most spectacular scenery, creating voyages that are truly unique to Queen Anne. We know our guests look forward to these sailings each year, and we’re delighted to offer another season of memorable culinary experiences.”
The five sailings are:
- May 2, 2027 – Norway with Michel Roux

The experience takes place at Sir Samuels, where a maximum of 50 guests per evening can savor a specially curated tasting menu inspired by the restaurant’s heritage and dishes.
