With Seabourn’s 2026 Alaska season concluding on September 18, the cruise line is looking ahead to summer 2027.

The Seabourn Encore will return to explore Alaska and British Columbia from May to September, offering 18 departures across five itineraries ranging from seven to 15 days.

The itineraries will visit 15 ports and two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Glacier Bay National Park.

“Year after year, Alaska has stood out among destinations that Seabourn guests can’t get enough of, and Seabourn Encore’s 2027 season will offer another opportunity to experience this remarkable part of the world,” said Mark Tamis, president of Seabourn.

“From exploring remote waterways to discovering authentic coastal towns rich with culture and history, our Alaska program will go beyond the expected, bringing guests closer to the region’s wildlife, landscapes and communities, all with the comforts and anticipatory service of a luxury, all-suite Seabourn ship.”

Guests can extend their exploration into Alaska’s interior with The Denali Experience, an optional eight-day, seven-night pre-cruise journey available with select voyages.

Every voyage will feature scenic cruising through at least one signature waterway, including Glacier Bay, Hubbard Glacier, Tracy Arm or Endicott Arm.

The Encore’s 2027 Alaska season will continue the line’s culinary programming created specifically for the region, which will be paired with a destination-inspired cocktail menu.

The 2026 program, which offered 17 seven-day sailings, was the first the Encore operated in Alaska.

During the season, the Encore completed 18 voyages and visited 17 destinations, while more than 9,000 guests took part in Ventures by Seabourn excursions throughout Alaska.

Bookings recently opened for the 2028 season, which will also be operated by the Encore, featuring 16 departures of seven to 21 days between May and September 2028.
