Margaritaville at Sea celebrated a major milestone on June 25 as it welcomed its one millionth guest.
The guest was surprised during a special presentation aboard the Margaritaville at Sea Islander.
The occasion also coincided with the two-year anniversary of the ship’s debut from Port Tampa Bay, the company said in a press release.
This comes as the cruise line is getting ready to welcome its third ship, the Beachcomber, in January 2027.
Currently sailing as the Costa Fortuna for Costa Cruises, the vessel will continue in service through the summer before entering drydock in late September 2026.
MJM Marine and Mivan were recently hired to deliver a significant proportion of the refurbishment program for the multi-million-pound project.
Following rebranding, the ship will relaunch as the Beachcomber in 2027, sailing mainly week-long Caribbean cruises during its inaugural season from its homeport in Miami.
