Disney Details Believe Features and Venues of the Believe

  • October 11, 2026
Disney Believe exterior

Disney Cruise Line recently revealed additional details of the venues and public areas of its next ship, the Disney Believe.

As previously reported by Cruise Industry News, the Wish-class vessel will offer short cruises to the Caribbean and the Bahamas from Fort Lauderdale starting in December 2027.

The ship will introduce new experiences and features, including the world’s first stage adaptation of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Encanto, a family dining venue inspired by Frozen and a Moana-themed Grand Hall.

Disney said that the Grand Hall will serve as the main gathering space onboard, featuring a bronze cast statue of Moana and with influences from the film’s Pacific Islands setting and design elements inspired by the sea.

Entertainment

For entertainment, guests can expect a mix of new offerings and classic Disney Cruise Line experiences.

The lineup is highlighted by the introduction of the new Disney Encanto show, adapted for the ship’s Walt Disney Theatre stage, featuring vibrant Colombian influences.

Another addition is Tangled: The Musical, currently being staged onboard the Magic, which will have a reimagined set design and special effects exclusive to the new ship.

The vessel will also feature Disney Seas the Adventure, an original show for the Wish class featuring Disney and Pixar characters and songs.

Beyond a new production at the Walt Disney Theater, the Believe will introduce Gazelle, a family entertainment hub inspired by the metropolis from Disney Animation’s Zootopia films.

During the day, it will host family events such as trivia, games and immersive character encounters, while at night it will transform into an adult-exclusive entertainment venue, with experiences including silent discos and variety acts.

For the first time onboard the company’s ships, Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde from Zootopia will star in a new family show that will ask guests to help them solve their latest case.

According to Disney, the Believe will also offer a series of returning entertainment experiences, including Pirate’s Rockin’ Parlay Party, Hero Zone and Disney Uncharted Adventure.

Other features include the boutique Wonderland and Never Land Cinemas, which will feature complimentary showings of classic and first-run films from Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Lucasfilm.

Dining Venues and New Cafes

Joining two returning venues from the Wish class ships,  the Frozen-inspired restaurant, Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast, will feature characters like Oaken, Anna and Kristoff.

As part of the company’s rotational dining experience, the Believe will also feature 1923, celebrating the legacy of Disney animation, and Worlds of Marvel, honoring Marvel’s heroes and characters.

Guests can look forward to two new cafes, Big Hero Sips and Café Kakamora, which will serve an array of coffee, tea and specialty beverages.

Two returning venues will debut enhancements: Inside Out: Joyful Sweets will introduce new characters from Pixar’s Inside Out 2 and a reimagined menu, while Mickey and Friends Festival of Foods, an open-air food court, will get a new food stall, Pluto’s Pita Platters, serving Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as kebabs, pitas and more.

Adults-Only Venues

Disney said that several of the adults-only spaces onboard the Believe will feature new designs and menus inspired by its storytelling.

This includes Sea Notes, a piano bar inspired by Ariel’s Grotto from The Little Mermaid, and Wishing Well, a gathering space inspired by the dwarfs’ cottage from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

The lounge will host a variety of activities and feature live musical performances for guests to enjoy with a side of mocktails, cocktails, spirits and coffees, Disney noted.

Also debuting on the ship will be Skygazers, a magical observatory-inspired adults-only pub, with towering bookshelves, astronomical instruments and celestial maps, including props and nods to classic Disney stories.

Offering a thematic menu of custom-made craft brews, specialty cocktails and light bites, the lounge will serve as place to watch live sports broadcasts.

Returning spaces onboard the ship include lounges and restaurants such as Haunted Mansion Parlor, Palo Steakhouse, Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement and The Rose.

Other featured spaces are Quiet Cove, a secluded area for adults on the upper decks, Senses Spa and Senses Fitness.

Themed Accommodation

Staterooms and suites onboard will feature themed artwork inspired by Disney stories like Moana, Coco and The Lion King.

Most cabins will feature a split-bath concept, in addition to ocean views. Disney said that 70 percent of the rooms will offer a private verandah and more than 450 connecting doors to accommodate larger families.

The 2,500-passenger vessel will also offer premium experiences with concierge rooms that include access to exclusive areas and services.

Situated in the forward funnel exclusively on the Believe, the nearly 2,000-square-foot, two-story Believe Tower Suite will sleep eight guests with two main bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.

Disney said that the accommodation will feature unique nods to the Magic Kingdom Park, with each of its rooms modeled after the different themed lands and a living room that will include fireworks- and balloon-inspired light fixtures and an art piece depicting Cinderella Castle.

Currently under construction at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Germany, the Disney Believe will offer four- and five-night cruises to the Bahamas and the Caribbean.

According to Disney, the itineraries will be highlighted by visits to its private island destinations of Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.

With bookings for its inaugural season opening later this month, the vessel will also sail to other destinations in the region, including Nassau.
