The Seven Seas Voyager recently arrived in Northern Europe after spending the past few months in the Mediterranean.

Having completed its deployment in the region, the Regent Seven Seas Cruises vessel started a repositioning voyage to Southampton in late July.

The 14-night cruise started in Lisbon and included visits to destinations in Portugal, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

Ports of call visited by the Voyager included Bordeaux, Le Havre, Zeebrugge and Ijmuiden. As part of Regent’s strategy to offer extended time on shore, the cruise featured overnight calls in all of its destinations.

The vessel is now scheduled to offer a series of itineraries to the British Isles, Iceland, Scandinavia and the North Sea before returning to the Mediterranean.

The deployment is highlighted by the “Isles of Myth & Magnificence” voyage, which is scheduled to sail roundtrip from Southampton in mid-August.

The 20-night itinerary features visits to 14 destinations in the British Isles and Iceland, including an overnight call in Seydisfjordur.

Other highlights of the cruise include calls to smaller islands and archipelagos in the region, such as the Shetlands, the Faroes, the Hebrides and the Westman Islands.

The Seven Seas Voyager is scheduled to end its season in the region in late September, kicking off a repositioning voyage to Barcelona, Spain.

The 2003-built vessel will then operate a fall season in the Mediterranean ahead of spending the winter sailing to Africa and the Indian Ocean.

As reported by Cruise Industry News, the Seven Seas Navigator also repositioned to Northern Europe in July.

For its farewell season in the region, the 1999-built ship is offering a series of nine- to 15-night itineraries departing from the UK, Sweden and France.

Having been acquired by Avora Residences earlier this year, the Navigator is set to leave Regent’s fleet in late 2027.
