Margaritaville at Sea has revealed the first artists set to take the stage at Zac Brown’s Same Boat live music venue aboard the Beachcomber, featuring performers selected through a nationwide talent search and live showcase held earlier this year in Nashville.
The venue was developed in collaboration with Zac Brown and inspired by his song “Same Boat.”
“Same Boat was designed to celebrate the connection between music, storytelling and travel, and these artists represent exactly what we envisioned from the very beginning,” said Christopher Ivy, CEO of Margaritaville at Sea.
“Working with Zac to bring this concept to life has been incredibly rewarding, and we’re excited for our guests to discover these talented performers in a setting unlike anything else at sea.”
“These artists are the real deal,” said Zac Brown. “They’re great musicians; they know how to connect and move the audience to create memories. That’s what Same Boat is all about, and I’m excited for people to experience what they bring to the stage.”
The company said in a press release that artists advanced from Margaritaville at Sea’s nationwide casting call to live auditions in Nashville, where they were selected to bring the Same Boat experience to life.
They will appear on select Beachcomber sailings alongside a broader roster of world-class artists, giving guests a different mix of live music throughout the ship’s inaugural season.
The first artists announced for Same Boat include:
- Kevin MaC
- Jessica Rose
- Jacob Rice
- Ben Chase
- Anthony Billups, and
- Breanna Faith.
Same Boat will launch when the Beachcomber sails in January 2027, with artists appearing on select sailings to Grand Cayman, Jamaica, San Juan, St. Thomas, Puerto Plata, Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao and Nassau, pairing Music City sounds with itineraries spanning the Eastern and Southern Caribbean.

Launching from PortMiami in 2027, the Beachcomber will sail four- to eight-night itineraries to the Eastern and Southern Caribbean while introducing more than 15 all-new venues, including Same Boat, alongside long-standing Margaritaville at Sea favorites.
The company added that for a limited time, guests can also take advantage of the “America’s Summer Sale,” featuring 50 percent off cruise fares and, on select sailings, Kids Sail Free, free third and fourth guests, complimentary stateroom upgrades, free stateroom selection and deposits starting at just $50.
