Azamara Cruises has unveiled its 2029 World Cruise, available in three options for the first time: as a full 195-night sailing and two shorter journeys of 179 and 139 nights.

Sailing aboard the Azamara Quest from San Diego to Copenhagen, the journey will span five continents, 40 countries and territories and 126 ports, including 12 maiden ports, the cruise line said in a press release.

The cruise, which Azamara described as the longest and most geographically expansive world cruise available in 2029, will also feature 16 overnight stays and 60 late nights, and 65 percent of sailing will be spent in port.

“We’re incredibly proud of the 2029 World Cruise Collection and the time we’ve built into each leg of the journey for guests to truly connect with the places they visit,” said Michael Pawlus, head of itinerary planning at Azamara Cruises.

“We believe our guests are really going to love what we’ve created, and we’re excited to give them a closer look at the itineraries and reveal all the details in the weeks ahead.”

As for the two shorter legs, the first one, the 179-night journey from San Diego to London, will span five continents and feature 52 late nights, 16 overnight stays and 12 maiden ports.

The second, the 139-night cruise from Sydney to Copenhagen, will also span five continents, with 43 late nights, 11 overnight stays and four maiden ports.

The full 195-night 2029 World Cruise will open for booking September 23, 2026, when the cruise line will share more details, including full itineraries, details about exclusive events and AzAmazing Evenings, as well as additional cruise inclusions and information.

Two shorter options will be open for booking on October 14, 2026.

Bookings for the 175-night 2028 World Cruise aboard the Azamara Onward, spanning six continents, 40 countries and 91 ports, opened in March.
