Azamara Cruises has launched a new training module for travel advisors for RezA, its global reservation platform.

As a new chapter of Azamara World Academy (AWA), “RezA – The Power Behind Confident Booking,” provides training on the platform’s full capabilities, from searching sailings and understanding fare types to creating and managing bookings, processing payments and deposits.

It also covers coordinating group reservations and special services, as well as maintaining guest profiles for faster, more personalized repeat bookings, according to a statement.

“Travel advisors have always been an essential part of Azamara’s success, and investing in their growth remains one of our highest priorities,” said Dondra Ritzenthaler, chief executive officer of Azamara Cruises.

“The launch of the RezA chapter within Azamara World Academy reflects our ongoing commitment to listening, learning, and delivering the resources our advisor partners need to succeed. When advisors feel confident using our tools, they’re able to create more seamless, personalized experiences for their clients while growing their own businesses, and that’s a win for everyone.”

The training also highlights the platform’s revenue-generating opportunities, enabling advisors to book value-added experiences such as ground transfers, pre- and post-cruise hotel stays and land packages.

Advisors can reserve a range of onboard enhancements directly through RezA, including specialty dining, premium beverage packages, internet access, spa treatments and shore excursions.

Azamara added that the platform delivers clear performance visibility, fewer processing errors, resulting in accurate credit, better insights, smoother operations and stronger advisor relationships.

Launched in late 2024 to enhance the booking experience for travel advisors, RezA was developed as part of the brand’s “Listening, Learning, and Linking” initiative.
