StarDream Cruises has announced fuel surcharge relief across its regional deployments aboard the Genting Dream, Star Navigator and Star Voyager.

Thanks to this, the surcharge for Singapore and Malaysia deployments will be fully waived, while the fuel surcharge for sailings from Taiwan and Hong Kong will be reduced by 50 percent.

The updated prices will be in effect for sailings departing on or after June 26, 2026, according to a statement.

“As fuel prices have continued to stabilize, we are pleased to reduce and, where possible, fully waive the fuel surcharge across our deployments,” said Michael Goh, president of StarDream Cruises.

“We have always taken a transparent approach to fuel surcharges, introducing them only when necessary and reviewing them regularly. As operating conditions improve, we believe it is important to pass these benefits on to our guests.”

The surcharge was introduced in March due to the rising fuel costs linked to the conflict in the Middle East.

The revised prices take into account the operating requirements of different deployments in the region and reflect the gradual improvement in fuel market conditions, the cruise line explained.

The company added that it would continue to monitor global fuel price movements and review its surcharge arrangements as appropriate.
