AIDA Cruises has announced the 2027 edition of its Festival Cruise, with bookings now open.
Combining cruising and a music festival, the fourth edition of this sailing will take place May 24–29, 2027, aboard the AIDAperla, the cruise line said in a statement.
During the roundtrip voyage from Hamburg to Sweden and Denmark that includes two port calls, guests can look forward to a diverse musical program featuring live acts from genres including hip-hop, EDM, pop, and Schlager (German pop music).
While the lineup for 2027 has not yet been finalized, German and international artists are expected to perform on various stages, as in previous years.
This year’s Festival Cruise is ongoing, having departed fully booked from Hamburg on June 8, set to return on June 12, 2026. Artists such as SDP, Clueso, ClockClock, and Bausa are performing onboard.
Several other special voyages are on AIDA’s agenda this year.
During the FIFA World Cup this summer, the AIDAmar will operate the AIDA Fan Cruise – Home Match at Sea voyage July 3–8, 2026.
After that, the AIDAnova will be transformed into a floating beer tent with the O’zapft is! Cruise sailing September 12–19, 2026, with artists such as Die Prinzen, Frenzy, Melissa Naschenweng and voXXclub performing.
From October 31 to November 5, 2026, the AIDAperla will host a voyage for Schlager fans: 14 artists, including Howard Carpendale and Maite Kelly, will bring hits onboard.
Next up is the Feelgood Cruise sailing the Canary Islands roundtrip from Gran Canaria.
Taking place November 8–15, 2026, aboard the AIDAblu, the voyage will combine fitness and mindful relaxation and feature guests such as Fabian Hambüchen and Dr. Christine Theiss.
