The Harmony of the Seas is ready to resume service after undergoing a major drydock refurbishment at the Navantia Shipyard in Cadiz.

Completing the five-week refit project, the Oasis-class vessel sailed from the Spanish shipyard earlier this week.

As part of the Royal Amplified initiative, the ship is set to welcome guests back later this week with new features and additional staterooms.

Notable changes coming to the vessel includes the debut of The Lime & Coconut, Royal Caribbean’s tropical-themed pool bar.

The 5,558-passenger ship is also introducing a series of new dining venues, such as El Loco Fresh for complimentary Mexican meals and Samba Grill, a Brazilian-style steakhouse.

Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade is another feature making its debut on the ship, taking over the location of Sabor in the Boardwalk neighborhood.

TThe refit included the addition of over 100 staterooms, featuring new panoramic suites over the bridge and a series of inside cabins in the area previously occupied by a conference center.

The 2016-built vessel also debuted a new livery, which includes a larger name painted on its bow and a different version of Royal Caribbean’s logo at the stern.

With its new features and look, the Harmony of the Seas is scheduled to resume revenue service on May 21, 2026.

Sailing from the port of Barcelona, the ship initially offers a short cruise to France and Spain before kicking off a series of weeklong voyages in the Western Mediterranean.

As part of its spring season in the region, the vessel will offer week-long cruises to Spain, France and Italy, visiting Palma de Mallorca, Marseille, La Spezia, Civitavecchia and Naples.

With the new Legend of the Seas offering similar itineraries as part of its inaugural season, the Harmony returns to North America in late July.

Starting in August, the vessel offers two- to seven-night cruises to the Caribbean and the Bahamas departing from Port Canaveral.
