Mitsui Ocean Cruises has presented its “Summer in Japan Sale” for its 11 itineraries sailings from June to September 2026.

With the promo, $1,000 onboard credit is available per suite or $500 per guest (based on double occupancy) on all summer sailings departing June 3 through September 19, 2026.

A 15% commission is also available for travel advisors, the company shared in a press release.

Operating the itineraries is the 458-guest Mitsui Ocean Fuji. Formerly sailing as the Seabourn Odyssey, the ship entered service for Mitsui in December 2024.

Timed to coincide with the country’s festivals and fireworks displays, the immersive voyages offer guests a chance to experience the country through its food and culture.

Shore experiences are included in most ports – ranging from guided half-day tours to full-day excursions with lunch or port shuttles, led by English-speaking guides.

Food enthusiasts can look forward to a culinary journey hosted by four-time James Beard Award winner Chef Andrew Zimmern on July 27 in Tokyo, featuring pre-cruise market tours and exclusive dining experiences.
