Carnival Corporation was named to two Forbes lists recognizing America’s best employers for 2026, according to a statement.
The cruise line made the America’s Best Employers for Company Culture and America’s Best Employers for New Grads lists, ranking 390th and 125th, respectively.
Carnival said it was the leading cruise company on both lists; the former comprising 600 and the latter 500 highest-scoring companies across major industry sectors.
“Being recognized by Forbes for both company culture and as an employer for new grads is a meaningful reflection of the environment our team members help create every day,” said Bettina Deynes, global chief human resources officer for Carnival Corporation.
“Across our company, we want people at every stage of their career to feel welcomed, supported and empowered to grow, contribute and build meaningful careers in hospitality, travel and leisure.”
The Company Culture list drew from more than 217,000 full- and part-time workers and the New Grads from more than 100,000 young professionals (with fewer than 10 years of work experience) across the country.
Scoring incorporated three years of employer evaluations weighted toward the most recent data, combining personal evaluations from current employees and public evaluations from industry peers and friends and family.
The cruise line also earned a spot on Forbes’ Best Employers for New Grads List for 2025.
