The Costa Fascinosa recently returned to Europe after spending the 2025-26 winter sailing in the Caribbean.

Sailing in the Caribbean along with the Costa Pacifica, the 2012-built vessel offered a series of cruises from the Dominican Republic and Guadeloupe since November.

Aimed at international markets, the fly-cruise itineraries featured visits to a range of destinations in the region, such as Barbados, Antigua and Tortola.

In early March, the ship embarked on a trans-Atlantic crossing to Costa’s Palacrociere Cruise Terminal in Savona, Italy.

The 22-night cruise featured visits to ports in both the Caribbean and Europe, including Santo Domingo, Martinique, Barbados, Barcelona, Marseille and Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

After arriving in Savona on March 28, 2026, the Costa Fascinosa kicked off a series of short cruises in the Western Mediterranean.

Sailing to Spain, France and Italy, the four-night sailings featured visits to Barcelona, Marseille and Savona, allowing guests to board the ship at every port of call.

In mid-May, the 3,012-passenger vessel also offers a 14-night cruise that sails from the Western Mediterranean to the Greek Islands and Malta.

Soon after completing the longer cruise, the Fascinosa is set to reposition to the Eastern Mediterranean for a series of cruises to Southern Italy, Malta and Greece.

The deployment features departures from the Italian ports of Catania and Taranto, as well as Piraeus, which is located near Greece’s capital city, Athens.

As part of the seven-night cruises, the vessel is also scheduled to make visits to additional destinations, such as Argostoli, Valletta and Mykonos.

In addition to the Costa Fascinosa, two additional Costa ships are scheduled to sail in the Eastern Mediterranean this summer: the Costa Fortuna and the Costa Deliziosa.

While the first offers cruises to the Greek Islands and Turkey departing from Piraeus and Istanbul, the second sails from Marghera and Trieste to the Adriatic and Greece.
