The Regent Seven Seas Navigator may be soon leaving the Regent Seven Seas Cruises fleet, according to Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings’ recently-filed annual report.

“We are currently negotiating a bareboat charter with a purchase option for Seven Seas Navigator, which is expected to be completed before the end of the first quarter of 2026. These types of agreements are being pursued as part of our ship disposal strategy for certain older vessels in our fleet,” the company said.

More information was not readily available.

The Navigator is the oldest and smallest vessel in the Regent fleet, having been built in 1999 with capacity for approximately 450 guests.

It would mark the second time the ship has appeared to be exiting the company, as it was announced last March the Navigator was heading to residential start up Crescent Seas. That deal ultimately fell through, with Crescent pivoting toward a newbuild ship.

NCLH will also soon say goodbye to two other ships, as the Norwegian Sky will transfer to India-based Cordelia Cruises later this year, followed by the Norwegian Sun in 2027.
