Crescent Seas is planning to launch a new luxury residential cruising product onboard the Navigator in 2026.

The new company linked Crescent Heights, a real estate development company based in Miami, Florida.

“For 50 years, Crescent Heights has redefined upscale living in the world’s most sought-after destinations. Now, with Crescent Seas, we are bringing this vision to life on the water,” the company said on its website.

Russell W. Galbut, a founding partner of Crescent Heights and a leader in the cruise industry, said: “After spending so much time on the seas, we noticed that travelers yearned for more. People on the ships kept telling us they wanted to live this luxurious lifestyle. So, we decided to select ships with the right configurations to convert to the most magnificent cruising yachts.”

Why vacation to just one gateway city when you can be at home and live in all the greatest gateway cities around the globe? After hand-selecting this ship, we hired the same experienced management teams to operate the ship for the first 10 years of operations. We are delighted to be able to provide luxury homes to people that will carry them to places they’ve only dreamed of.”

Norwegian Cruise Line and the Apollo Group are listed as managers of the product, overseeing, respectively, the technical management and the hotel management of Crescent Seas’ first vessel, which is the former Regent Seven Seas Navigator.

Set to embark on its maiden voyage in December 2026, the Navigator will offer “exclusive private residences, bespoke hospitality, ultramodern amenities and immersive global exploration,” Crescent Seas added.

Sailing from PortMiami, the 28,803-ton vessel will offer multi-night stays in some of the world’s most captivating destinations, Crescent Seas said.

Itineraries will include renewed destinations, as well as hidden gems unreachable by larger ships, the company explained.

Three interior design firms are listed as partners in the project, including MAWD, Lissoni & Partners and Journey.

The Navigator will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with an area that ranges between 350 and 2,000 square feet. Fares are listed as starting from $500,000 to $8,000,000.

Guests will take advantage of a direct dial satellite phone service, as well as unlimited Starlink Wi-Fi internet.

The ship will also feature seven dining options, including a steakhouse and an Italian restaurant, in addition to various bars and lounges.

Other facilities include a co-working space, a podcast room, and a series of flex studios, which can be used for workshops, cooking classes, art classes and music lessons.

A garden lounge with hydroponic plants will also be introduced onboard the Navigator, along with a wine room and a new spa and fitness center.

Additional details of the product and the company are expected to be revealed during an industry event in early April.
