Royal Caribbean International’s 2026-27 season on the West Coast will feature three ships, the company announced on its website.
The Voyager of the Seas and Ovation of the Seas will sail from Los Angeles, while the company will also mark its return to San Diego.
Starting in October, the Serenade of the Seas is set to offer a series of two- to seven-night cruises to Baja California and the Mexican Riviera.
According to the company, the season includes visits to destinations including Ensenada, Catalina Islan and Mazatlán.
Extending through late April, the deployment also features overnight stays in Cabo San Lucas, as well as itineraries to the Sea of Cortez with visits to La Paz.
In Los Angeles, the season is highlighted by the Voyager of the Seas. Repositioning from Alaska, the 1999-built ship replaces the Navigator of the Seas for a series of three- to eight-night cruises to Ensenada, Mazatlán and Puerto Vallarta.
The schedule for the 3,430-guest ship also includes visits to Catalina Island and overnight calls to Cabo San Lucas.
Completing Royal Caribbean’s lineup on the West Coast, the Ovation of the Seas continues to sail from Los Angeles for another winter season.
Sailing from the World Cruise Center in San Pedro, the Quantum-class ship offers short cruises to Catalina Island and Ensenada, as well as six- to eight-night cruises to the Mexican Riviera.
The weeklong itineraries include overnights in Cabo San Lucas, available on departures between December and March.
For Royal Caribbean’s 2025 summer season on the West Coast, the Ovation of the Seas will join the Navigator of the Seas in Los Angeles.
Initially scheduled to sail in Asia, the ship was redeployed in 2024 following Royal Caribbean’s decision to reduce its capacity in China.
