Resorts World Cruises has announced that the Star Scorpio, which will join the fleet and start sailing on March 26, 2025, will be renamed the Star Voyager.
The ship is currently operating as the Pacific Explorer.
The company said in a press release that the ship will be deployed cruising to Southeast Asia through July 21, 2025, with Singapore as her main homeport and Jakarta, Melaka, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City as dual homeports.
Singapore Departures from March 26 until July 21
According to the press release, the Star Voyager will depart from the Singapore Cruise Centre Terminal to offer 10 roundtrip sailings for the five-nigh Melaka-Jakarta Cruises (March 26 – April 15 and June 11 – July 1), as well as five sailings for the five-night Bangkok-Ko Samui Cruises (April 20 – May 10).
Also on offer are the four-night Ko Samui-Pulau Redang Cruises (May 15 – 23) with three sailings, the three-night Melaka-Medan Cruises (May 27 – June 8) with five sailings and the five-night Melaka-Ho Chi Minh Cruises (July 6 – 21) with four sailings.
Jakarta Departures from March 29 – April 13 and June 14 – 29
The Star Voyager will cruise from Jakarta via Tanjong Priok Port. The ship will depart Jakarta, sailing from March 29 to April 13 and from June 14 – June 29, offering eight roundtrip cruises for five-night Singapore-Melaka Cruises.
Bangkok (via Laem Chabang Port) Departures from April 22 – May 7
The Star Voyager will sail from Bangkok via Laem Chabang Port with four roundtrip five-night Ko Samui-Singapore Cruises.
Melaka (via ICQS Cruise Terminal) departures are from May 28 – June 9
According to the company, guests can also embark on the ship from Melaka (via the ICQS cruise terminal) for a three-night Medan (via Kuala Tanjung) Singapore Cruises with five roundtrip sailings.
Ho Chi Minh City (via Phu My Port) Departures from July 9 – 24
To celebrate the completion of the Star Voyager’s tour in Southeast Asia, she will become the first international cruise line to homeport in Ho Chi Minh City.
Sailing via Phu My Port, the ship will offer four roundtrip sailings of the five-night Singapore-Melaka Cruises.
