P&O Cruises said that January was its strongest-ever booking month, according to a press release.
The month saw record-breaking sales volume across the board, in addition to its largest-ever number of newcomers, the cruise line said.
The two most popular destinations for P&O guests were the Norwegian fjords, followed by the Caribbean.
Both destinations saw record booking volumes, the company said, as well as the highest number of premium cabins booked, with more suites and balconies booked throughout January than ever before.
“We have seen a record-breaking month for P&O Cruises holidays, with our incredible new TV campaign inspiring and encouraging viewers to book their next holiday with us,” said Carnival UK & P&O Cruises President Paul Ludlow.
“We have also seen a continued trend for guests booking suites and balcony cabins, indicating guests are treating themselves to more luxurious cabins that offer endless views of the Norwegian fjords and Caribbean islands,” he added.
P&O Cruises is currently offering limited-time offers that are applicable for new holidays booked by March 3, 2025.
As part of the offers, guests can earn extra onboard spending money of up to £500 per cabin on Select Price bookings made for departures through Mar. 27, 2027.
The onboard credit can be used for shore experiences, specialty dining, spa treatments and more, the company explained.
P&O is also offering a 20 percent discount on Classic Drink Packages purchased at the time of the booking.
According to the company, the discount is applicable to new Select Price or Early Saver holidays of five nights or more.
To take advantage of the deal, guests need to make a booking by Mar. 3, 2025, and select a departure scheduled through Mar. 27, 2027.
Other limited-time offerings include a low deposit and extra guests sailing free for passengers sharing a cabin with two full-paying adults.
