Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines was awarded Feefo’s “Exceptional Service Award,” following its recognition in 2024 for 93 percent of reviews being four- or five-star rated with the “Gold Trusted Service Award.”
The company said in a press release that the award is presented to 32 businesses demonstrating excellence in customer service, and Fred. Olsen was the only cruise line to receive the accolade.

According to the company, the award celebrates above-and-beyond standards reflected in verified customer reviews, and brands prioritizing service excellence and active customer engagement.
