Ambassador Cruise Line is introducing Sip & Sea, a new training program designed for homeworking travel agents.
The initiative aims to provide essential training, usually available only to in-store agents, while fostering a sense of community among remote workers.
Throughout February, Ambassador’s Business Development Executives will host Sip & Sea events across the UK. Each session will accommodate 15–20 agents, offering them insights into the brand while they enjoy a brunch, courtesy of Ambassador Cruise Line.
Karen Cameron, deputy head of trade at Ambassador Cruise Line, said: “Our trade partners are incredibly important to us, and we want to show our appreciation for our homeworking agents through this dedicated training program. Homeworkers can often miss out on integral training, yet they are key to our success, and we want them to be armed with the tools they need to confidently sell our brand.
“We hope they’ll enjoy their bottomless brunch and, if these events prove popular, we’d love to roll them out on a bi-monthly basis. Stay tuned!”
