MXP Acquires Bytepoets to Enhance Digital Solutions for Cruise Lines

MXP Acquires Bytepoets

MXP announced the acquisition of Bytepoets, a software company specializing in app development.

According to a press release, the acquisition allows MXP to strengthen its interactive Cabin TV (iTV) and guest mobile app features, providing cruise lines with enhanced digital experiences.

MXP’s cloud-based MXP365 guest application provides a digital solution for the entire customer journey: pre-cruise, onboard and post-cruise. The platform includes a web portal, iOS/Android mobile apps, iTV, digital signage, self-service kiosks, and an AI-powered chatbot to improve guest experience, drive revenue and reduce operational costs for cruise lines.

“We warmly welcome our new colleagues from Bytepoets to the MXP team,” said Hannes Lindthaler, CEO of MXP. “With Bytepoets’ expertise, MXP will continue to provide cruise lines with the best possible digital and cloud solutions.”
