Cunard’s Queen Anne Makes North American Debut in New York

Queen Anne

Cunard’s newest ship, the Queen Anne, made its North American debut in New York on Saturday, January 18, during its maiden world voyage.

The ship departed from Southampton, England, on January 9, with New York as its first port of call. The Queen Anne is also set to visit Miami, Florida and  Cartagena, Colombia, before crossing the Panama Canal.

During the 107-night world tour, the Queen Anne will visit 30 ports across 18 countries. Destinations include San Francisco, Honolulu, Auckland, Sydney, Cape Town and Hong Kong, among others. The voyage concludes in Hamburg, Germany, on April 29.

Designed under the direction of Adam Tihany, the 3,000-guest ship combines Cunard’s art-deco heritage with modern elegance. The ship features 4,300 commissioned art pieces from global artists, various entertainment venues like the cabaret-style “Bright Lights Society,” and enhanced wellness offerings, including the Pavilion wellness café, which highlights plant-based and sustainably sourced menu options.
