Princess Cruises’ Coral Princess recently returned to Fort Lauderdale’s Port Everglades after a three-year absence.

After departing from Los Angeles in November, the ship arrived in its Florida homeport to end a trans-Canal itinerary on Dec. 3, 2024.

Repositioning from Australia, the Coral Princess had been sailing in the South Pacific on a year-round basis since resuming service after the pandemic.

With the Crown Princess taking over its itineraries Down Under, the 2022-built vessel underwent a drydock in Singapore earlier this year before embarking on a 32-day repositioning cruise to the United States.

The month-long itinerary sailed to destinations in Southeast Asia and the Far East before crossing the Pacific Ocean for ports of call in Hawaii and California.

The Coral Princess is now scheduled to spend the 2024-25 season offering a series of Panama Canal cruises.

Sailing between Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles and San Francisco, the 16-night cruises include a complete transit of the water channel, in addition to visits to destinations in the Caribbean, Central America and the Mexican Riviera.

Among the ports of call set to be visited are Aruba, Curaçao, Cartagena de Indias, Puntarenas, Puerto Quetzal and Puerto Vallarta.

Upon completing its winter schedule, the Coral Princess sails north for a summer deployment in Alaska and Canada.

Starting in early May, the 1,950-guest ship offers seven- to 14-night cruises in the region departing from Vancouver and Whittier.

Following Princess Cruises’ “Voyage of the Glaciers” itinerary, the vessel is scheduled to visit Ketchikan, Skagway and Juneau.

The cruises also features scenic cruising at Glacier Bay National Park, as well as Hubbard Glacier and the Inside Passage.

In mid-November, the Coral Princess returns to Fort Lauderdale for 11- to 14-night cruises to various destinations in the Caribbean.

The ship is also scheduled to sail from Port Everglades for Princess Cruises’ 2026 World Cruise, which starts in early January.
