The Norwegian Jade recently arrived in Boston to kick off a fall season in the U.S. Northeast and Canada.
Extending through late October, the program features a series of roundtrip cruises to destinations in Canada and New England, such as Corner Brook, Charlottetown and Portland.
After sailing from its new homeport in Massachusetts on Aug. 29, the Norwegian Jade is currently offering a seven-night cruise to the region.
In addition to two days at sea, the itinerary features visits to Halifax, Charlottetown, Sydney and Corner Brook.
The fall program runs through mid-October, when the Norwegian Jade repositions to Miami for a series of short cruises to the Caribbean and the Bahamas.
During the 2024-25 winter cruise season, the ship is scheduled to offer three- to 14-night cruises to the region, in addition to open-jaw sailings to the Panama Canal.
Before repositioning to Boston, the 2006-built ship was offering cruises to the Caribbean departing from Port Canaveral.
After offering a summer program in the U.S. Northeast and Bermuda, the Norwegian Gem also kicked off a fall program in Canada and New England recently.
Sailing between Boston and Quebec City, the ship is set to offer various itineraries in the region through late October.
Ports of call featured in the seven-night cruises include Bar Harbor, Halifax, Sydney, Saguenay, Portland and Charlottetown.
A third Norwegian Cruise Line vessel also arrived in the U.S. Northeast recently for a seasonal program, the Norwegian Breakaway.
After arriving in Manhattan on Aug. 25, the 4,100-guest ship is offering week-long cruises to Bermuda, Canada and New England.
Two additional ships from the company sail in the region for the upcoming weeks: the Norwegian Sky and the Norwegian Joy.
While the first offers open-jaw cruises to Canada and New England, the latter is scheduled to offer five- to eight-night itineraries that also feature visits to Bermuda.
