Swan Hellenic Unveils its Maris 2025 Culinary Cruises

Swan Hellenic has announced in a press release its Maris gourmet cruises aboard the SH Diana and SH Vega, sailing in 2025.

Each Maris voyage will highlight the creativity of a world-renowned chef from the JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs. For 2025, Swan Hellenic offers ten gourmet cruises spanning the Arctic, Europe, and the Mediterranean, nine on the SH Diana and one on the SH Vega.

Guests will enjoy a different signature dish every night, cooking demonstrations and guided gastronomic excursions ashore to explore the local culinary traditions and specialties.

Swan Hellenic Chief Commercial Officer Patrizia Iantorno said: “Swan Hellenic and JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs are proud to announce our new Maris series for 2025, born of a shared quest to go beyond and share experiences of the exceptional.”

The JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs star chefs lined up for the 2025 Maris sailings include:

  • Heribert Dietrich from Switzerland (Michelin Star): Nine nights on the SH Diana exploring Europe’s Atlantic coast, departing Lisbon for Portsmouth on May 12, 2025).
  • Kevin Lejeune from Belgium (Michelin Star): 11 nights on the SH Diana, leaving Portsmouth for Dublin on May 21, 2025).
  • Philippe Deslarzes from Switzerland (Michelin Star): Eight nights on the SH Diana, departing Reykjavik for an Iceland Circumnavigation on June 2, 2025.
  • Herman Cooijmans from the Netherlands: 10 nights on the SH Diana, departing Tromsø for the fjords and on to Amsterdam on July 21, 2025.
  • Franco Körperich from Switzerland: Eight nights on the SH Vega, sailing from Reykjavik for an Iceland circumnavigation on July 31, 2025.
  • David Goerne from France (Michelin Green Star): 11 nights on the SH Diana, departing Amsterdam for Lisbon on July 31, 2025.
  • Federico Pettenuzzo from Italy (Michelin Star): 11 nights on the SH Diana, sailing from Lisbon on August 11, 2025.)
  • Alberto Basso from Italy:10 nights on the SH Diana, departing Palermo for Venice on August 22, 2025.
  • Lukas Nagl from Austria: eight nights on the SH Diana to explore the Classical World, leaving Venice for Piraeus on September 1, 2025.
  • Steffen Disch from Germany (Michelin Star): nine nights on the SH Diana, departing Istanbul for Limassol on September 17, 2025.
