Seabourn announced a lineup of entertainment and Seabourn Conversations speakers for the 2024 90-day Grand Africa Voyage on the Seabourn Sojourn.
According to a press release, the curated program will include new cast shows, 28 guest entertainers, and 12 notable speakers, featuring West End star Ricardo Afonso, American Idol’s Michael Lynche, explorer and TV host Dr. Mireya Mayor and Iceland’s First Lady, Eliza Reid.
“Our entertainment team has worked tirelessly to curate a bespoke and unforgettable program, featuring distinguished speakers and a star-studded line-up of performers to create truly enriching ‘Seabourn Moments’ for our guests as they experience Africa’s most beautiful destinations,” said Natalya Leahy, president of Seabourn.
Guests on the Grand Africa Voyage will enjoy live musical performances, lectures, comedy skits and variety shows. Additionally, they will be among the first to experience Seabourn’s new entertainment concept, “The Seabourn Six,” produced exclusively by Belinda King Creative Productions.
The “Seabourn Six” collection will feature custom productions by a group of six artists from around the world. Highlights include “Better Together!”, a show celebrating legendary bands like The Beatles, Aerosmith, and U2; “Skyline”, which takes audiences on a visual journey through some of the world’s most iconic cityscapes; “Earthsong”, an immersive production that brings elements of nature to life; and “Silverscreen!”, where “The Seabourn Six” perform music from recent hit musicals like Dear Evan Hansen and Moulin Rouge.
