In honor of National Wellness Month this August, Scenic unveiled three Wellness Retreat Cruises sailing aboard the Scenic Eclipse, according to a press release.
Each Wellness Retreat offers experiences designed to support all aspects of well-being. Guests can participate in masterclasses such as Healthy Cooking and Smoothie Power Sessions, and attend immersive workshops including Massage Basics and Headache Relief. Daily activities include Yoga classes for inner balance, Pilates for enhanced flexibility and core strength and Full Body Stretch classes for relaxation and muscle elongation.
Additional options include dynamic circuit training, calisthenics, Foot Fitness and Zumba. Guests can also benefit from Fit Ball classes for back pain relief, Meditation and Sound Healing with Tibetan Bowls, and various enriching lectures and workshops led by wellness experts. The program aims to provide holistic benefits, fostering relaxation, vitality and self-care during the cruise and after.
Barbados to Brazil | 12 Days | Departs: November 5, 2024
The inaugural retreat departs from Barbados in November 2024 for a 12-day voyage to Brazil. This journey explores the Caribbean, French Guiana and Brazil, featuring the 5,920 sq ft Senses Spa on Scenic Eclipse, which includes infrared and bio saunas, a cold plunge pool and a Vitality Pool. Guests will enjoy expert-led wellness classes, enriching shore excursions, and a traditional Equator crossing.
Barbados to Spain | 10 Days | Departs: April 24, 2026
In 2026, Scenic introduces a 10-day Wellness Retreat from Barbados to Spain. This voyage offers a blend of relaxation and culture with stops in the Canary Islands. Guests will experience sea days focused on relaxation and self-care, with access to Scenic Eclipse’s all-inclusive spa facilities, including infrared and bio saunas, a cold plunge pool and the KLAFS Salt Therapy Lounge with ocean views.
