Hobart unveiled its new premium combi steamer designed to meet the needs of professional chefs, according to a company statement.
The new device will be showcased at a launch event on September 12.
“The industry requires cooking systems that are intuitively understandable and that support employees effectively,” said Manfred Kohler, managing director of sales and production.
According to the company, the latest appliance is effective for operations serving as few as 30 meals per day, while ensuring ease of use and cost-effectiveness.
Hobart’s new product includes three innovations and guarantees minimal water and energy usage and low cleaning costs, resulting in reduced operating expenses, the company added.
