Crystal Symphony Makes First Visit to Dover for 2024 Season

Crystal Symphony

The Crystal Symphony arrived at the Port of Dover on July 30, 2024, marking Crystal’s first visit to the port this year, according to a press release.

The ship’s first trip from Dover started with a 38-night Baltic and Northern Europe cruise to Sweden. The Symphony will return to Dover in September for two additional cruises: a D-Day voyage on the 18th and an 11-night European and Mediterranean cruise on the 26th.

Matias Lira, senior vice president, trade sales – LATAM, UK & EMEA at Crystal said: “The UK Market represents a significant pillar of opportunity and growth for Crystal. Whether it is an international guest flying to and from the UK to board, or transit through one of the magnificent ports in the United Kingdom or facilitating a local guest’s ability to cruise aboard our vessels without the need to fly to and from the ship, we are always looking for opportunities to provide guests with what they want for their next cruise holiday.”

Sonia Limbrick, head of business development for Cruise at the Port of Dover added: “It was a pleasure to welcome the wonderful Crystal Symphony here on this beautiful, crystal-clear day! Thank you to the team for choosing Dover to kick-start more incredible cruises through the rest of the season.

“Our excellent team, award-winning customer service and world-class views and heritage continue to bring a diverse range of cruise lines and guests to Kent every year. We are excited for what the future will hold.”
