Victory Cruise Lines has adopted the Resco cruisePAL Central Reservation System (CRS) to enhance its reservation processes, according to a company statement.

The implementation of cruisePAL CRS aims to streamline various reservation tasks, including bookings, updates, payments, sales invoicing, commissions and agency account reconciliation, the company said.

“The Victory Cruise Lines team is delighted with our decision to partner with Resco to use the cruisePAL system for our reservations processes,” said Eric Long, reservations director at Victory Cruise Lines.

“With a group of experts supervising the operation the entire time, the team has worked quickly to get the system up.The platform is very easy to use and can be tailored to fit our specific business needs and procedures. We found just what we needed to manage our reservations and operational processes throughout their whole array of solutions.”
