JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs announced that Michelin star Chef Eric van Bochove, from Restaurant ‘t Vlasbloemeken in the Netherlands, will join Swan Hellenic’s culinary expedition, sailing aboard the SH Diana this summer.
This 10-day voyage sails from Amsterdam, Netherlands, to Lisbon, Portugal, from August 1 to August 10, 2024. Ports of call include Saint-Malo, France; Tresco Abbey Garden, UK; and Château de Keriolet, France.
Celebrated for his approach to Dutch cuisine, Chef van Bochove will treat guests to his culinary creations throughout the voyage.
