Elizabeth Crabill has been appointed as the chief executive officer of Trevello World Holdings, the parent company of Trevello Travel Group, according to a press release.
In her new role, Crabill will lead Trevello’s expansion into the United States after 30 years in Canada. Her responsibilities include growing Trevello’s network of independent travel professionals, increasing profitability and market share, boosting sales revenue and enhancing brand awareness.
Zeina Gedeon, the CEO of Trevello’s Canadian operating company for over six years, will maintain her role, overseeing the growth and operations within Canada. Additionally, Gedeon will take on the position of Chief Operating Officer of Trevello World Holdings, reporting directly to Elizabeth Crabill.

Carbill brings over 20 years of experience in the industry. Previously, she served as CEO of CIE Tours. Before that, she was President of Travel Bound and GTA Americas, and held various leadership roles with Lindblad Expeditions, Travel Impressions and Global Adrenaline. Crabill was Chairman and board director of the US Tour Operator Association (USTOA), and she held advisory roles with travel industry startups.
