Celebrity Cruises Announces 2025 President’s Cruise

Celebrity Apex

Laura Hodges Bethge, president of Celebrity Cruises, announced the cruise line’s 2025 President’s Cruise itinerary, exploring the Norwegian Fjords.

Sailing aboard the Celebrity Apex on May 17, 2025 roundtrip from Southampton, Captain’s Club members will explore the landscapes, wildlife and waterfalls of the Norwegian Fjords and visit cities like Alesund. A variety of shore excursions and events will be revealed later, the company said.

“The President’s Cruise is a massive celebration of our Captain’s Club members, and the sailing is an incredible opportunity for me and my executive team to spend time with our guests,” said Hodges Bethge. “It is incredibly rewarding to hear guests’ stories and experience Celebrity through their eyes. The feedback and ideas we receive while onboard are instrumental in shaping the future of Celebrity Cruises, allowing us to innovate and enhance our offerings in ways that truly resonate with our guests.”

This year, the six-night Caribbean voyage on the Celebrity Beyond, sailing from Sunday, June 23 to Saturday, June 29, featured exclusive onboard entertainment such as performances from members of the Team USA Artistic Swimming team, entertainment from Guinness World Record-holding hula hoopers and crowd-favorite games like the Officers vs Guests pool volleyball game, umpired by Hodges Bethge.

Guests had the chance to engage in a Q&A with Celebrity Cruises executives and enjoy performances by West End star Marisha Wallace and Celebrity Reflection’s Captain Kyriakos Matragkas. The special cruise included a stop at Perfect Day at CocoCay, with jet ski and flyboard stunts, Caribbean bands, DJs and an afternoon event at Coco Beach Club. In Grand Cayman, guests enjoyed shore excursions hosted by the executive team, with a private lunch at Grand Old House. The cruise concluded with a day in Bimini, featuring a private beach club party and a fireworks send-off before returning to Port Everglades.
