AmaWaterways Launches ‘Cruise for Gold’ Travel Advisor Contest

AmaKristina

AmaWaterways is launching the “Cruise for Gold” travel advisor incentive program to coincide with the 2024 Summer Games in France, according to a press release.

Travel advisors can compete to win Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals, with the top prize being a suite on a 12-day Egypt and Nile River cruise. The Silver Medal winner will receive a twin-balcony stateroom on a European itinerary (excluding Portugal), and the Bronze Medal winner will get a French balcony stateroom on a European itinerary (excluding Portugal). All prizes are for the advisor and a guest and are subject to availability.

“Over the coming weeks the eyes of the world will be on France” comments Alex Pinelo, senior vice president of sales at AmaWaterways. “Every day, millions of people will be watching live streams from many parts of France, and this will undoubtedly bring the destination to the forefront of their minds. It’s not just Paris that will be hosting events, Bordeaux, Marseille and Lyon are all operating as Summer Games venues and will be in the spotlight too. The travel advisor community has a great opportunity to capitalize on France’s high profile and earn both great commissions and fabulous prizes.”

Agents are automatically entered for each new fully-deposited booking on any 2024 and 2025 French itinerary made between July 26 and September 8, 2024. Winners will be drawn at random and announced on September 9.
