Indonesia to Develop Benoa – Bali Cruise Ship Terminal

The Indonesian government has announced it will begin the development of a new cruise terminal in Benoa – Bali this September with a targeted completion date of December 2018.

Docking fees for cruise ships will also be cut in half, according to local reports

The new port will be able to accommodate the latest generation of megaships. Other news has the government developing the Celukan Bawang Port in North Bali to allow larger ships, with a completion date of March 2018.

Dream Cruises will add Indonesian ports to its regular seven-night itinerary out of Singapore on the Genting Dream starting this December, with calls scheduled into Surabaya and Celukan Bawang.
