The 2016 MedCruise General Assembly is underway in Odessa, Ukraine, with more than 80 representatives from over 65 ports in attendance.

The event brings together ports, stakeholders and service providers in the Mediterranean region along with cruise line representatives from port operations and itinerary planning.

In total there are more than 120 delegates in attendance from more than 20 countries, according to Elvira Leschinskaya head of development and external relations for the of Odessa Port Authority.

The registration process started at 4p.m. local time, with Global Ports Holding’s Director of Cruise Marketing Carla Salvadó among the first on the scene in Odessa.
