Costa Asia, part of Costa Group has signed an agreement with Rescompany Systems.
Teams from both companies are currently working on implementing Resco’s applications into the operation of Costa Cruises China.
Loyalty/Club handling, related web and mobile applications, marketing/mailing, lead generation, passenger history management, consolidation and data migration are some of the current projects. The Resco systems will provide the Costa team a greater overview and and transparency of CRM data. The call and reservation center will have a snapshot and 360-degree view of passenger data available at all times.
