Phoenix Reisen will pay its employees an increased March bonus of 250 euro for not smoking during working hours.
Having people not smoke is a pet cause of John Zurnieden, managing director. He has paid employees a monthly bonus of 200 euro since 2006. “I am proud to say that almost all of our smoking employees have reduced their consumption,” he said, “and some have given it up altogether.
“It is important to me that my colleagues do their best to stay healthy,” he added. “Not to smoke is good for all of us.”
