Athens-based Louis Cruises has issued the following statement:

Louis Cruises (‘Louis’) hereby gives notice to its business partners and/or its clientele that it has ceased with immediate effect from today to co-operate with Cruise Club Holidays. On this occasion, Louis confirms that it no longer has any business relationship with Cruise Club Holidays and thus, has no connection whatsoever with any product organized and/or sold by Cruise Club Holidays.

For the avoidance of doubt, it is further clarified that Louis has never had any legal inter-company related relationship of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to shareholder status, with Cruise Club Holidays and/or Steps of Paul Coastal Cruises.
