Tampa Port Authority has approved a $350,000 contract to remodel a terminal for Holland America, which is planning to base the Ryndam in Tampa next season.
The remodeling contract was awarded to J2 Engineering and calls for painting, air conditioning upgrades, and replacing floor and ceiling tiles, in addition to more work.
