Introducing its new brochure and its new ship, L’Horizon, CDF Croisieres de France is touring 18 French cities, making presentation to travel agents. General Director Antoine Lacarrière and his executive team are travelling from April 21 through May 31. Participating travel agents will also be eligible to win a cruise for two aboard CDF, which said it is 100 percent focused on the French-speaking market.
L’Horizon will enter service in 2012, replacing the Bleu de France. The 1,442-passenger L’Horizon is presently sailing for sister company Pullmantur as the Pacific Dream. She is the former Island Star and Horizon. The Bleu de France has been sold to Saga Cruises and will be transferred to her new owners in 2012. She is the former Holiday Dream and Europa.
