Pictured above is Holland America Line’s Westerdam in Quebec City in 1995. Not to be confused with the current Westerdam, the one pictured was launched in 1986 by Meyer Werrfect as the Homeric for Home Lines before being sold to Holland America in 1988. In 1990, she was stretched by 120 feet at Meyer Werft. In 2002 she was sent to sail for Costa as the Costa Europa and is currently chartered to Thomson Cruises as the Thomson Dream
