TUI Cruises Ranks First in Quality of Service Study

TUI Cruises has been awarded first place in a service study conducted by the German Institute for Service Quality. The survey was commissioned by the news channel n-tv, according to a statement from the cruise line.

TUI Cruises finished second in the categories of customer service by hone e-mail service. The survey covered 20 major cruise companies.

According to the findings, the average waiting time for consumers calling TUI was six seconds. Inquiries received by phone or e-mail, were always answered fully and individually answered in a timely fashion. The company’s website was also rated for clarity, ease of use, and visual appeal.
