Silversea Rolls Out 24/7 Online Reservations Access for all Travel Agents

 In its continuing mission to provide travel professionals with expanded and easier booking capability, all Silversea travel partners in the U.S., Canada and Mexico can now enjoy the fast and efficient capabilities of direct, real-time access to the Silversea reservations system with 24/7 convenience — and without paying the membership fees or extra service costs of outside providers.

In the travel agent section of the company’s website, an easy-to-follow series of web-hosted training videos is available to familiarize agents with the Silversea reservations system and the variety of options available when booking online. It takes only about an hour to review the training videos, and since the topics are separated into eight short video segments, agents can easily view them at their own pace, when it fits their schedule.

After watching all eight training videos, and completing a brief online form, Silversea provides the agent with a personal user name and password.
