Oceania and Fincantieri Extend Option

Oceania Cruises and Fincantieri have reached an agreement to extend the option for a third 1,258-guest, Oceania Class vessel for a period of 12 months, according to a statement from the cruise line. That would push an eventual delivery of that to 2013. Oceania said it will take delivery of its first new ship, the Marina, during the winter 2010, but did not say when the second sister ship will enter service.
