Cruise Industry News Makes Canada Presentation

June 11, 2009, New York – Cruise Industry News is slated to participate in a cruise line seminar in Toronto, Canada on June 15. Editor and co-publisher Oivind Mathisen will make an industry presentation to the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and Canadian food companies. The presentation will focus on the latest trends and developments in the cruise industry and help identify opportunities for Canadian food suppliers. While the cruise industry is growing, it is also changing with bigger ships offering more passenger facilities and activities, including more dining choices. The newest ships offer up to18 restaurants and food service outlets onboard, thus food remains a centerpiece of the cruise experience, according to Cruise Industry News.
