WTH Promotes Three Executive Team Players

World Travel Holdings (WTH), the nation’s leading multi-brand travel distributor, today announced several executive-level promotions:

· Don Graff has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. In his previous position with WTH, Graff served as Senior Vice President of Finance. A 20-year finance veteran, Graff continues to be responsible for all finance functions including budgeting, reporting, expense control and accounts payable and receivable. Prior to joining WTH (formerly NLG) in 2003, Graff was Director of Finance for Genuity and Director of Business Analysis for GTE Corporation.

· David Crooks has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Product and Operations. Previously, he served as Vice President of Cruise Product and Industry Relations, where he was responsible for overseeing the growth and profitability of WTH’s cruise sales, as well as managing cruise supplier relationships. In his new role, Crooks will oversee the Customer Operations team and continue managing supplier relationships and product operations. Crooks joined WTH in 1986. A travel industry veteran, he began his career as a tour director for Paragon Tours and Travel. He has also worked for a variety of other travel companies including Cunard Line.

· Jeff Smith has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Customer Care. Previously Vice President of Sales for WTH, Smith was responsible for the operation of four sales centers, as well as driving all offline individual sales of mass-market cruise and land vacations. In his new role, Smith will oversee both the sales and customer service teams. Smith joined WTH in 1993 as a Vacation Consultant and has held a variety of other positions within the company’s sales and sales center management departments.

“Tough economic times present opportunities, most importantly the chance to seize market share,” said Brad Tolkin, Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of World Travel Holdings. “With the industry’s most seasoned, experienced senior leadership team, WTH stands poised to achieve significant growth in 2009 and beyond.”

All three promotions are effective immediately. Graff will report to Jeff Tolkin, Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of World Travel Holdings. Crooks and Smith will report to Brad Tolkin.
