Camille Olivere Joins NCL As Vice President, Sales

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) announced today that Camille Olivere has been named vice president, sales. Olivere joins NCL from Travelport Inc where she spent the past six years, most recently as vice president, sales, global e-commerce division. Beginning March 16, Olivere will be responsible for leading NCL’s North American sales team and will be based in the company’s Miami headquarters. She reports to Andy Stuart, executive vice president, global sales and passenger services.

“With our more than 75 Partnership 2.0 initiatives, including the most recent executive webinar series, we’ve shown our travel partners that we are committed to making them number one,” said Stuart. “With Camille leading our sales team, we have added a creative and savvy sales professional who has a track record of building and managing successful, customer-centric sales organizations. She will be focused on listening to our travel partners and making sure that they have the right tools in place to successfully sell NCL to their clients.”

Previously, Olivere, who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, held a number of senior sales positions at Travelport, a leading provider of business services to travel and travel-related businesses worldwide. Before Travelport, she held sales roles at Oracle, American Express, GE Financial and United Airlines.

Olivere takes over from Terri Burke, a key figure in NCL’s sales and industry relations areas for the past five years, who is leaving the company.

“Terri has been a valuable team member and helped NCL build today’s strong relationships with its travel partners,” said Stuart. “We are sorry to see her leave and wish her well.”
