Star/NCL Post Loss for 07

The Star Cruises Group posted a loss of $200.9 million on revenues of $2.6 billion for the year ended Dec. 31, 2007, compared to a loss of $156.2 million on revenues of $2.3 billion in 2006.

Revenue was up due to a 10.7 percent increase in capacity and an increase in ticket prices for Norwegian Cruise Line, according to Star.

For the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2007, Star posted a loss of $123.6 million on revenues of $620.6 million, compared to a loss of $147.6 million on revenues of $547.1 million for Q4 2006
